Dear Boston,

We are very pleased to announce the opening of Panifico Back Bay. After a year of hard work, we have finally put the finishing touches on our new Bakery Bistro on the Corner of Mass Avenue and Comm. Avenue. We are currently serving Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. Come on in and taste the incredible food from Chef Vooch.

Whether you are dinning alone or with a large group, our causal dining room offers great communal tables and a very cool layout to make you feel at home.

Our bakery/cafe offers a wide variety of baked goods and breads. With our unique numbers system, you can grab a quick bite to eat on the patio under the shadow of the Prudential tower.

Empty fridge? Chef Vooch prepares many different foods that can be purchased by the pound for those on the run. This week the display case featured, Meatballs, Local Corn and Tomato Salad. BBQ Chicken, Grilled Veggies, Blackened Chicken Pasta Salad. The Chef's award winning Butternut Squash Soup has been a huge hit too.
Chris Spagnuolo aka 'Spags': Owner / Operator. Chris grew up climbing the piles of flour at his Dad's Bakery in Newton. Chris learned the art of baked goods at the Spagnuolo Bake House in the small Italian village of Nonantum. With baked goods to die for, he has been the successful proprietor of Panificio on Charles St. on Beacon Hill for the past 10 years. With an entrepreneurial eye, he decide to team up with friends to open Panificio Back Bay.

This week, Chris, our master baker filled the bakery baskets with: Pumpkin muffins, Pumpkin Cheese cake, Pumpkin pie, Lemon Blueberry muffins, Apple Cinnamon muffins, Macaroons, Strawberry Kiwi tarts, Apple tarts, Cherry tarts and many more....
Chris Vuich aka 'Chef Vooch': Chef / Owner A college buddy and original member of the first Panificio team, Vooch decided to join the new team at Panificio Back Bay. Vooch has and impressive pedigree. He trained under the watchful eye of Todd English, opening Olives, Figs, Kingfish and Rustic Kitchen. He prides himself on using only the best ingredients in a perfect combination to make each bite perfection.

Vooch is a true leader in the new 'Comfort Food' movement. Making all his own stocks, sauces and using only the freshest local ingredients makes dining at Panificio Back Bay a memorable experience.
Mike Sullivan aka 'Sully': Owner / Operator. A Public School teacher for 10 years, Sully always visited the restaurant business during his summer vacation on Nantucket. You could always find him behind the bar at The Summer House Pool in Siasconset, or causing trouble at the Gazebo.

The gregarious owner will greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home on the patio, or at one of the communal tables at Panificio Back Bay. He is the guy to talk to if you want to plan a party or bring in a big crew of friends for some fun.
